NEW YORK BUILD EXPO
New York Build is the portfolio's flagship event entering its 11th edition next year. The show has grown to become the largest event in the region and the only one that brings together all of the New York AEC industry. Throughout the years we are proud to have been supported by local government, leading industry organizations and vendors who come back every year.
Our 2026 edition saw an expansion of the event with the launch of InstallerSHOW New York which was co-hosted with New York Build. This diversified the event to bring in HVACR professionals and even more of the built environment.

MIAMI BUILD EXPO
Miami Build Expo is the newest event from the team behind the hugely successful Build Expos in New York, Chicago, London, Sydney and Melbourne. We are bringing together the region’s most influential contractors, architects, engineers, developers and solution providers at the Miami Beach Convention Center. This show is where the industry will meet, learn, innovate and build the future.
At state level, Florida is expected to post the strongest medium-term growth rate among major states through the second half of the decade. Central Florida alone has more than $50 billion of confirmed development tied to theme parks, transport links, new communities and rail. Across multiple independent tallies, the statewide infrastructure and megaproject pipeline comfortably runs into the tens of billions of dollars over 2025 to 2030, with some estimates approaching $100 billion over the decade.
