He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering with specialization in Transportation Engineering. His career at CDM Smith includes transportation planning as well as technology projects. Zubair has successfully completed projects of national significance as well as in many states including Washington, Illinois, Colorado, Oregon, Florida, North Carolina, Connecticut, and many others. He has developed several powerful software tools dealing with traffic operations, freight data, and tolling. His software tools have achieved recognition at various industry forums. He is currently leading the firm’s efforts in bringing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI in various practice areas of the firm.
