Wanda Ramirez is the CEO of Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago where she oversees multiple home repair and neighborhood and community revitalization programs. In her role, she is leading a strategic plan to increase the impact of the organization and the number of homeowners and community residents served through the organization’s critical home repair and community revitalization efforts. Wanda emphasizes operational efficiency in her leadership approach, and continues in her efforts to diversify revenue streams for the organization. Wanda has three decades of experience in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago, she had worked in several nonprofit and social service organizations providing services to families in need. Wanda holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
