Tricia Walsh is a Senior Vice President, Mobility Solutions Business Development Leader for Parsons. She has worked in the infrastructure market for 26 years and has experience in all transportation modes. Tricia currently is responsible for leading the infrastructure business development team in the Central United States (29 states) and driving the enhancement of client relationships, building pipeline, and delivering market sales and growth. Tricia has worked with construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) contracts, design-build delivery, public-private partnerships (P3), as well as traditional delivery methods. Prior to joining Parsons, Tricia served as Director of Alternative Procurements for Walsh Construction. She is licensed as both a professional engineer and a planning and scheduling professional. Tricia holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University, and a master’s degree in project management from Northwestern University. Tricia serves as the Vice Chair for the Planning and Design Board of the Illinois Road and Transportation Builders Association (IRTBA). She is actively engaged in various IRTBA committees including vice chair of the design build committee and a member of the government affairs committee.
