Tim Seibt is Business Development Manager for NASHnal Soil Testing (NST) a Professional Engineering firm and has been in the construction industry for over 12 years. Transitioning to an MBE/DBE entity Tim has advocated for DEI responsibility and has helped others understand the advantages not only in support of their efforts but also how these decisions reflect directly upon the diverse group of employees at NST. Tim is a supportive member of the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA) which works to ensure the equitable participation of its members in the construction industry, while also promoting the growth, quality of work, professionalism and integrity of these individuals and businesses. Tim is responsible for researching potential projects and developing relationships, introducing NST to new clientele, and maintaining superior customer service overall. Prior to joining NST, Tim held managerial positions with several companies and was the owner-operator of his own business for 15 years. With over 40 years of customer service/satisfaction/retention experience he enthusiastically shares with all and mentors within NST’s organization.
