Shir Abecasis has over 12 years of experience leading technology teams and operations, including at the elite 8200 cyber unit, often referred to as Israel’s NSA, and at a leading BI firm in London. Today, she is the Founder and CEO of FIRMUS, developing the first AI proprietary infrastructure for pre-construction risk mitigation.

Shir has shared her experience and knowledge on AI, entrepreneurship, leadership, and construction tech and has been a speaker at DCW (Digital Construction Week) London, Blueprint Startup Showcase 2022, the Society for Construction Solutions (SCS), and Advancing Pre-construction 2024.
