Shea has worked at Structures Construction, LLC since the end of 2018. Shea’s responsibilities include business development, sales, and marketing. Her primary focus is on increasing the presence of Structures Construction while building and sustaining client relationships.  Prior to joining Structures Construction, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Sales Concentration from Louisiana State University. While studying at LSU, she had many internships where she obtained marketing and sales experience.

Statement:

As a woman in the construction industry, I believe it is our duty to not only inspire, but also lay the foundation for other women looking to join the industry. My goal is to empower women and be an example of how we can be successful in a male-dominated industry. I look forward to continuing my involvement in numerous organizations and the construction industry.
