Sharon Latson Flemister is a highly experienced professional in the field of marketing and communications. Eight years ago, Sharon made a career transition and focus her efforts on communication activities within the construction trades industry. She has played a vital role in the development and implementation of effective marketing and promotional procedures specific to this industry. Her expertise has been instrumental in driving successful media relations efforts, social media strategies, funding campaigns, and branding initiatives, all with a strong emphasis on promoting diversity and inclusion within the construction field. She has actively championed community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing the representation of women and people of color in construction. Through her efforts, she has sought out and nurtured industry partnerships to support and advance these goals.
