Sharon has been working in the construction industry for over 16 years with a focus on Risk, Safety and Loss Prevention. In her ten years at Graycor, she has made a significant financial impact on the total dollars spent on claims. She manages,  coordinates, and maintains all workers compensation, auto liability and CCIP related claims, and performs all related duties associated with their administration. She enjoys partnering with safety professionals, project managers, physicians, TPA’s, and attorneys to achieve a successful claims outcome and ultimately a profitable project. She has a B.S. in Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and has achieved the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation as well as being a WCLA-- Workers' Compensation Claim Law Associate. In her spare time, she loves doing community service.
