Ms. Hidalgo is a Vice President, New Client Acquisition, in Segal’s Midwest Region. She is responsible for business development and results-focused solutions in HR consulting, benefits, and communications. Sharon supports Segal's national corporate vertical market for Construction, Architecture and Engineering.   Sharon is a corporate member of the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC) and leads the Corporate Membership sub-committee. She is also a corporate member of the National Association of Women in Construction and serves as the national co-chair on the DEI committee. Sharon is also a member of the AGC Chicagoland chapter. She has nearly 20 years of experience as a successful business developer in the professional services industry, selling employee benefits and HR technology. Sharon has also served as a Vice President of global operations for Elements Global Services, an award-winning HR technology and services company. In that role, she oversaw operations and shared services for global payroll, benefits, visa, and immigration processes.  Sharon serves on local non-profit boards. She is a lifetime member of the National Association of African Americans in HR (NAAAHR) and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
