Scott is a licensed Structural Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience in new and existing construction. He has experience providing building design and construction administration as Structural Engineer of Record on projects ranging from education, healthcare, storm shelter/emergency management, judicial, and industrial facilities. Scott has performed inspections and modifications of existing buildings, bridges, and miscellaneous structures for a wide variety of clients, from city governments to railroads to individual property owners. He leads the DLR Group Embodied Carbon Task Force in research and implementation of embodied carbon reduction strategies as a signatory of the SE2050 Commitment Program. He is also a member of DLR Group's Equity Forum creating a more equitable workplace and applying an equity lens to design projects.
