"After almost 25 years in the AEC industry, I'm focused on ways that I can support, advance and connect women and promote diversity in our field. Not only is it important to introduce more women to AEC careers, but also just as important, we need to keep moving the needle in making our industry more inclusive for all women, whether they are working in an office or in the trades."
