Ryan Tripp is a Compliance Officer at the Chicago Park District where her primary role is to be a liaison for her organization by working alongside other internal departments, the City of Chicago & other 'sister agencies' in efforts to oversee the Park District's MBE/WBE program. Ryan takes great pride in reinforcing the Park District's affirmative action goals, certification policies & managing the District's database of certified M/WBE firms for outreach purposes. Ryan's passion for growing diversity & inclusion efforts is not just part of her job at the Park District and is not just related to the field of Construction. As a minority woman in America, Ryan is committed to ending disparities amongst minorities & implementing new policies, procedures & guidelines to ensure that diversity, equity, & inclusion is at the forefront of every organization no matter the industry.
