With 20 years in the AEC industry, Ramsi focuses on marketing and business development efforts, working with practice leaders to plan and implement strategies to support new business goals.  By cultivating relationships with clients and teaming partners, she strives to establish connections to match the right opportunities with the right people for the continued benefit of all. She serves on the board of SMPS Chicago as Director of Programs/Professional Development. She also sits on the SMPS National DEI task force.

Statement:

My parents instilled in me their sense of duty, an assumed obligation to give back. As a result, you gain a unique sense of purpose by serving those around you, which often manifests in other areas of your life. My service and governance have not only afforded me some great relationships and experiences I will cherish forever but have also enabled me to become an advocate for others and endorse essential issues in the world in which we live.
