Phaedra M. Leslie is a native Chicagoan who has spent her career connecting corporations,communities, and individuals. Currently, Phaedra serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Workforce Development, and Community Engagement for ALL Construction Group – a family-owned business. There, she is an internal consultant to the President and project teams to support a companywide strategy for diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining ALL Construction Group,  Phaedra currently serves as a founding member of the South Side Giving Circle of the Chicago Foundation for Women to provide grants to emerging organizations whose missions are to support Black women and girls on Chicago's south side. She also serves on the board of the South East Chicago Commission (SECC) and is an inaugural Board Member of the Emerald South Community Economic Development Collaborative. She is a former member of the Chicago Urban League's Metropolitan Board of the Chicago Urban League, Teen Living Programs (now Ignite!) Auxiliary Board. And, a former mentor in the Jobs for Youth Optimum mentorship program and Mass Media Communications and an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
