My name is Nosa Eguae. I'm the Founder and Managing Partner at PROLIFIC. We work with former student-athletes at the High School and Collegiate level and support them in their transition post-sport. We provide access and exposure to opportunity coupled with coaching and development to help high capacity young people find success in careers outside of sport. Our blue collar Jump Start Program has a goal of providing exposure, coaching, access, and career placement for 1000 young people in our inner cities by 2027.
