Nick joined Mortenson Construction in December 2021 where he is supporting the Meta Dekalb Data Center as the Project Safety Director. This project is located in Dekalb, Il is roughly 2.4 million sq ft and includes more than 1,200 workers.

Prior to Mortenson, Nick was with Hoffman Construction in Portland, Oregon. There he supported a variety of projects from vertical high rise, tech, hospital, airport, and k-12 educational while continually growing and fostering a positive safety culture for over 8 years.

Nick is a graduate of University of Central Missouri (’13), holds his CSP, and CRIS certifications. His wife Britta and he have one daughter, Evelyn Rose.
