Natalia serves on Pepper Construction’s High Performance team and advises projects pursuing LEED, Green Globes, WELL, and other sustainability certifications. In her four years as a project engineer, her work helped to certify buildings in the K-12, healthcare, higher education, multifamily, mission critical, and commercial sectors. She contributes her work on sustainable building practices and innovative technologies to the High Performance and Sustainability team at Pepper Construction.

Natalia holds a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with a concentration in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability from Northwestern University. She volunteers with the Cook County Forest Preserve in restoring native Chicagoland habitats.
