Najja Davis has worked in various steps of the supply chain for almost 10 years. She is currently the Sr. Strategic Business Partner for the southeast region of Milhouse Engineering and Construction, a full service engineering firm, who are the Masters of the Built Environment! As part of the AEC industry, Najja has worked hard to create a space where diversity and inclusion is the norm and support the surrounding community. She is a new resident of Atlanta, GA and very excited to be a Diversity in Construction ambassador for Chicago Build 2022.
