Having spent over 25 years with a focus on Risk, Safety, & Claims management in the industrial sector I found my passion in construction 14 years ago when I joined BEAR Construction Company. Working with employees through education, skills training, and taking the extra few minutes to make sure work is being done safely allows BEAR and other companies to grow. Those few extra steps prevent accidents, injuries, and keep jobsite mishaps to a minimum have a tremendous return on investment. It takes very little to get me talking about how avoiding all those hidden costs with claims can truly have an direct effect on how competitive a firm can be with their bids and general overhead costs.
