Statement:

There are so many amazing young women who are never shown the path to a career in construction. We are shooting ourselves in the foot by not opening our doors to more talent and exposing a wide array of young minds to opportunities in our field. I try to be an advocate, mentor and just a present female to help other women see themselves in the industry.
