Mariela Martinez, originally from Lima-Peru is an Architect Project Manager at North Arrow Partners. With over 15 years in the architectural field in a variety of projects ranging from single family homes to mixed-use high-rise buildings nationwide and overseas including commercial, residential and hospitality, taking projects from schematic design through completion. She believes that the success of each project is communication and good coordination.
