As a Senior Innovation & VDC Engineer for Skanska’s Emerging Technology team, Lisa supports projects and clients through advanced BIM applications, including site logistics planning, 3D coordination, 4D sequencing, BIM consulting, reality capture and enhanced turnover. Lisa utilizes laser scanning, infrared scanning, and 360 photography to capture existing conditions, track progress and record as-built conditions during design and construction. She also works with customers and facility management teams to build custom enhanced turnover solutions, including digital asset registers, interactive closeout and facilities dashboards, and comprehensive CAFM and CMMS solutions to service the customer during building operation. Lisa has previously presented at Autodesk University, New York Build, Midwest Build, and Bluebeam eXtreme conferences. Lisa is CM-BIM certified through Associated General Contractors of America.
