Linda Coy is a strategic marketing and communications leader and DEI champion based in Chicago. She has more than 20 years of experience, and most of those years focused on technology and sustainability for building operations and construction solutions. Her goal is to help advance the use of digital solutions in the construction industry for improved success for all stakeholders. As part of this advancement, there is opportunity to attract diverse candidates into an inclusive new era. She has passion and experience leading local, regional and global employee resources groups and implemented new development programs to improve opportunities for minority employees. Linda currently works at InEight as a Global Director of Marketing. Previously marketing positions were at Komatsu America Corp. and Siemens Smart Infrastructure Building Technologies. Linda holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Leadership & Change Management from DePaul University - Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
