LeeAnn Tomas-Foster, Arcadis City Executive has over 27 years of experience leading and managing teams and influencing people in the public and private sectors. She is known in the industry for her motivational mentoring of colleagues, staff and students using a blend of teachings of Wayne Dyer, Malcolm Gladwell, Dale Carnegie as well as her mentors over the years.  Her enthusiasm for life is infectious.  She currently leads over 140 staff in Chicago at Arcadis bringing their solutions to market and in her spare time volunteers on various non-for-profit committees, boards and as a personal trainer.
