Lauren Grana, PE, obtained a dual Bachelor of Science degree in both mathematics and physics, where she then decided that engineering was the perfect mix of both degrees and pursued her master’s degree in engineering at Northwestern University.  Lauren now serves as a Project Engineer within K&H’s structural group.  Her responsibilities include the design and analysis for roof anchors, garage restorations, vaulted structures, foundation settlement, façade restorations, building envelope modifications, as well as for the general rehabilitation of existing structures. In doing so, she conducts field investigations, performs calculations, develops drawings, and writes reports and proposals. Lauren routinely conducts condition assessments and facade ordinance reports as well. Lauren’s unique education and experience help her promote innovative designs and construction practices.
