Kevin Ryan is a Project Manager with DMA - Development Management Associate, where he is responsible for providing Occupier clients a full range of services, including: strategic planning, master budget and schedule development, team coordination and communication, design and construction oversight with a focus on high impact spaces celebrating both employee and customer experience. Kevin has successfully developed innovative spaces for a variety of client types including Technology, Food Service, Pharmaceutical, and cultural Chambers of Commerce. Kevin is especially proud of his work as the chair of the Community Investment Committee, part of the larger CBRE Chicago DEI Council. He is also actively involved with the Corporate Coalition of Chicago, providing pro-bono consulting services and helping to make connections for community development groups that are actively working to better their communities.
