Ms. Mills is responsible for supporting all aspects of development and construction, with an emphasis on land acquisition, entitlement and permitting of new construction, and tenant improvements. Ms. Mills has a combined 17 years of experience in design, development, and construction. Prior to joining High Street, she spent 7 years as Vice President of Engineering for Becknell Industrial, managing a team of engineers to execute on pre-development and permitting of over $800 million in new development across the country. Prior to Becknell, Ms. Mills spent over 10 years as a professional civil engineer with various Chicagoland design firms. Ms. Mills holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
