I have been in the construction industry for over 30+ years starting as a Project Coordinator and currently a Director of Construction for Continental Properties. Continental Properties is a national real estate developer headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI. Named a top developer by NMHC, Continental develops, owns and operates high quality apartment homes across the United States. I am responsible for quality control/assurance of our construction projects and developing, managing and evolving relationships with strategic construction partners including general contractors, vendors, suppliers and other third parties for our portfolios.
