Kathryn brings a unique background in both sustainability and business. She has three years of experience in Project Management, which started as an intern at CBRE before graduating from Arizona State University. Prior to rejoining CBRE, Kathryn assisted managing projects in the office industry at Newmark Knight Frank. These projects included co-working spaces, and law firms. She currently has responsibility on an account with an automotive client across the Denver Region (Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming). Key strengths and expertise are in the areas of strategic planning, sustainability and health & wellness (LEED Green Associate, G-Pro Operations & Maintenance, Fitwel Ambassador, WELL AP), design and construction coordination, and organization skills.
