Ms. Beck is currently the Operations Manager for Elara Engineering with a focus on operations, marketing, and human resources for the firm. In this role, Katelyn provides sales support; is involved in company marketing efforts; supports scheduling, resource allocation and optimization; as well as human resources activities including staffing, recruiting, employee development, and performance reviews.

Previous to her role as Operations Manager, Katelyn was the Operations Coordinator (2017-2020) and a CAD Technician (2015-2017) for Elara Engineering. Prior to starting her career at Elara Engineering, Katelyn received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
