John C. Kraft works as the Manager of Construction and Properties at Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV). John is responsible for all construction operations and capital improvements for properties under pursuit and within the portfolio, as well as ongoing property management for active sites. Prior to joining IOV, John worked as a Project Manager within the Educational & Institutional Divisions at Bulley & Andrews. John was previously with general contractors Milord Company and William A. Randolph where he gained on-site experience leading construction and heavy civil projects across 20+ US markets. He has first hand experience in general contracting, heavy civil construction, real estate acquisition, and property management. John attended Purdue University where he spent his time obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and training to commission as a pilot via Air Force ROTC.
