Jerry Strub has been active in the CleanTech industry for 40+ years. Starting as a chemist for a small environmental firm performing ER, project management and laboratory analysis.  He rapidly progressed through BD, marketing and sales & operations management roles for 15 years with Waste Management. He spent the following 15 years working for Weston Solutions, an environmental engineering and consulting firm focused on strategic domestic and global growth initiatives. His global experience includes extensive time with China, Taiwan and India. In 2019, Jerry became Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Development for GZA GeoEnvironmental. GZA is a 56-year-old firm headquartered in Boston. He is focused on growing and diversifying GZA’s client and services base in the midwestern states.  He is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Strategic Growth Consulting, Inc., a management consulting firm that assists global professional and technical services organizations in identifying growth opportunities, developing a sound plan and aligning the organization to execute using a collaborative process. Jerry recognized DEI issues early on in his career and has actively supported efforts internally within his own organizations and externally by actively supporting organizations and individuals in recognizing, addressing and overcoming challenges.
