J’aime J. Huret is a senior residential property management and development professional with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of property development, management operations, and executive oversight.  His experience includes acquisition, disposition, development, redevelopment, condominium conversion, and overall property operations of lease-up, stabilized, and transitional communities.  Emphasizing multi-family construction, renovation, and lease-up, J’aime has also worked extensively in conjunction with commercial, retail and industrial assets.  

J’aime’s portfolio has included the construction and lease-up of over 9,000 units, representing in excess of $4.1 billion in asset value.  He have served in executive positions for market leading property management and development companies, including Waterton, Brookfield Properties, Gables Residential, and Lincoln Property Company, working in major markets nationwide, such as Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Detroit, Miami, Nashville, San Francisco, NYC, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.

J’aime’s formal education includes studies at George Mason University and certification programs with the National Apartment Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
