A dedicated Project Engineer at Ujamaa Construction, Haley holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Management Technology from Purdue University Northwest, where she also minored in Spanish. She began her career with a local contractor's team, gaining expertise in estimating and commercial plumbing systems.

At Ujamaa Construction, Haley has discovered a fulfilling environment that fosters professional growth. As a proud native of the south suburbs of Chicago, she has a natural passion for proactive allyship and embraces projects that effect positive social change.

She values the corporate ethos at Ujamaa, which actively supports minority-owned contractors and embraces an ethical approach. Haley is proud to be serving as a Project Engineer on the construction management team for the Obama Presidential Center in Jackson Park, Chicago, IL.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Haley fills her cup by attending live music events and exploring new destinations. She also enjoys her time as an active volunteer for a non-profit organization that promotes emotional health for minority women.
