Mr. Jenkins has more than 34 years of experience in managing projects throughout all phases of construction which includes design, planning, preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated success in writing protocols, policies, procedures, and standards of practice which also includes facilities, planning, design, and construction for the University of Chicago. His expertise also includes project management, programming, space management as well as departmental and institutional budgets, cost estimation of programs scheduling, and risk management. He has excellent communication skills and proven experience working and building consensus with all stakeholder groups.
