With over 30 years of professional experience in architecture, George is an accomplished leader of multidisciplinary teams across geographic locations, bringing highly effective interpersonal and organizational skills to deliver successful projects. George believes Community Engagement has always been the best avenue to produce authentic and successful projects in our neighborhoods.  He welcomes a robust community review process, which brings into focus the need for flexibility and futureproofing not only with urban planning projects, but in all the work NORR completes. George believes that design discussions involving varying perspectives are essential to enhance project value to clients, communities, and all stakeholders.

As a Principal at NORR, George is responsible for Business Development and team leadership across multiple sectors while fostering positive client relations to ensure continuity and growth. He has worked on numerous historic restoration, adaptive reuse, and ground-up projects for residential, retail, hospitality and commercial use. He has presented to communities and planning departments across the country.
