Gaby Miramon is the Senior Design and Construction manager and has been at The Community Builders (TCB) since 2017. She is responsible for providing planning, design, and construction project management, oversight and leadership, for the development of multifamily and mixed use housing in the Midwest United States.  She acts as the liaison and coordinator of design consultants, contractors, and regional and corporate development operations, managing the design development process through all phases of the project from schematic design through construction.

With more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry, including large complex educational, institutional facilities, multi-family housing and civic projects, her responsibilities have included all phases of project development from programming, facility assessments, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation to contract administration. She has served as the project manager for several large-scale public and private initiatives in new construction and renovation.

Over the course of her career, she worked on various housing projects including Phase 1 and 2 of Roosevelt Square, a 100-acre development of the Chicago Housing Authority’s former ABLA properties, [one of the largest HOPE VI projects in the U.S], and the comprehensive assessment and renovation of 10 Senior Housing properties as part the Chicago Housing Authority’s Capital Improvement Program.

Gaby Miramon earned her master’s degree in architecture from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. She is a licensed architect in the state of Wisconsin and a CSI’s Construction Documents Technologist.
