Franklin is an accomplished and licensed real estate professional based in Chicago that has a strong track record in debt & equity placement, investment sales, and multifamily acquisitions and dispositions. Franklin moved to Chicago in 2019 after completing his M.B.A from Cleveland State University and has worked for the likes of industry leaders, KeyBank, JLL, and LivCor. Since moving from Ohio, Franklin has primarily focused his efforts on multi-housing, civic engagement, and has a passion for community development.
