My passion for construction started 33 years ago. I started out as a carpenter in the Union. I then went on to join McCarthy Building Companies, where I have been the last 23 years. Eight of those years have been in a safety position. I am currently the Regional Safety Manager and one of my many duties are to oversee several projects at a time. The road to my success was far from effortless and required countless hours of training. I’ve received various certificates including my CHST. I am also an OSHA trainer where I train in topics such as fall protection, MEWPS, forklifts and rigging. I take great pride in these trainings and teachings because on a construction site everything relates to safety. I value Safety the most and it is my number 1 concern - always!

In between my calling and trainings I enjoy the simple things in life also. Such as traveling with my family to new places, and of course football. I have been a Pittsburgh Steeler fan for as long as I can remember. I have been to multiple Steeler games and can always be caught sporting Steeler gear or waving that “Terrible Towel."
