As Senior Vice President of National Operations for IAMAN Design Build Holdings, LLC the parent company of IDB Construction Group, Felicia provides executive leadership, management and financial oversight in the Midwestern, Southwestern and Southeastern regions (Chicago, Dallas, and Orlando). Felicia oversees all multi-year planning, operating budgets and financial reporting, payroll, and the metrics and data analytics for the financial performance of each regions project delivery. Felicia and her team develop and manage the creation of IDB's marketing, proposals, online content, people acquisition and resources, and client engagement initiative. Felicia has exceptional corporate leadership and management experience; prior to joining IDB Construction group in 2018 she served as a Division Manager, and Software Engineer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and Health Care Service Corporation for 22 years.
