Enza is the Principal and Director for AECOM’s Chicago Interiors Practice. Enza is a Corporate/Commercial strategic planner, designer and director with facilities portfolio management experience. Over the past three decades, Enza has been accountable for millions of square feet of interior environments. Her expertise encompasses workplace design, strategy, master planning, client relations, overall project management, client relationships, team building, and contract negotiations. Her work for national and global clients in financial services, life sciences, professional services, as well as other sectors, bring together strategic planning and a highly collaborative approach to ensure successful designs and management of projects and teams.
