Crystal Neumann
Crystal Neumann is a Latina, first generation American, with a passion to make a difference and become a role model for others. Given her personal experiences and listening to the experiences others have shared, she understands the responsibility she has in being a voice to support equity, diversity, and inclusion. She is also extremely passionate about sustainability efforts. Crystal has a doctorate in business administration, MBA, master’s in adult education, and holds a certificate on diversity & inclusion. Dr. Neumann previously worked in marketing and market research before she transitioned to higher education to work with and motivate adult learners.
