Cristal Zheng Hayes, Illinois licensed Architect, LEED AP. Holds a bachelor degree of Architecture from Tongji University, A post-diploma of Programming from British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a Master Degree of Computer Science from Concordia University in Canada. Principal of an Internationally renowned Architectural Firm, Cristal was in charge of all phases of the projects, with extensive international and local experience in a variety of projects. Cristal was honored with VIP Women of the Year Circle in 2015-2016 by National Association of Professional Women. Cristal Zheng Hayes founded ZSW International Architects in 2017, focus on retail & mixed-use projects in US & China. Cristal is also served as Chief Architect of Windfall Group, leading the planning and design of Windfall Developments. Cristal’s recent projects include Pacifica Square Phase 1 340,000SF Renovation & Phase 2 New Construction Development at 56,000SSF in Aurora, IL, as well as design architect for Pacifica Burnsville Phase 2 17,000SF in St Paul, MN, Pacifica on Golf in Rolling Meadows, and Pacifica Riverview 300,000SF in Aurora, IL.
