As the Program Initiatives Manager at HACIA, Christina works to create construction-related training programs. Christina currently manages the Executive Fellows Program at HACIA, aimed at helping LatinX and Black Small Construction Business Owners grow and scale their businesses through coaching.

Statement:

I believe in providing the tools and developing programs that will help remove barriers to the industry for our underrepresented communities. I believe that empowering our small business owners, diversifying and developing the workforce, and providing and engaging in continuous professional development will help us change the face of the construction industry.
