Casey is an industry pioneer in the development of structured facility assessment methodologies for all types of building portfolios. His career focus has centered on solving facility issues for clients resulting in more optimal management of assets as well as improved stewardship of facilities and resources. Casey's experience spans close to 100 assessment projects totaling nearly one-billion square feet. He has worked on Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) in all capacities to include software development and specification, field data collection and methodologies and the overall management of some of the largest assessment programs in the country.
