Carolyn Caballero is the creative director of Bella Dia Designs LLC, a certified MBE/WBE/DBE. For the past 20 years, a design firm based in the Chicagoland area. Coming from a family of creatives and contractors, her creative curiosity allowed her to merge her passion for graphic design along with fulfilling the needs of her clients through support of their marketing efforts by developing impactful websites and signage in the construction space. Bella Dia has served a variety of clients across various industries both public and private, which include Cook County Government, Illinois State University, The Illinois International Port District, Escarpita Construction, and Metropolitan Steel. One of her recent projects was a part of Chicago's INVEST South/West initiative for the Discover Call Center which included environmental branding and signage. Committed to community engagement, Carolyn is the elected President of the Greystone West HOA, is a member of the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce, and a past member of Federation of Women Contractors. Additionally, she serves as a Board Member for HACIA (Hispanic American Construction Industry Association) where she wants to continue its mission to help clear the paths of opportunity and promote business development and advocacy for women and minority-owned businesses.
