Candice Prentiss is a Detroit, MI native and CEO of Louisiana-based CAP Global Works (CAP), a leading program and construction management firm that provides professional support services overseeing design, scope, schedule, and budget to public and private-sector organizations across the U.S. Prior to founding CAP, Candice served in several construction leadership positions with Jacobs Engineering and WSP USA, Inc., most notably as Deputy Program Manager of the $1B+ new Terminal build at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and $765M Rental Car Agency/Automated People Mover at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. With nearly 20 years of experience, Candice has consistently delivered sustainable solutions to clients with program budgets totaling over $2.5B across various industries that include Aviation, Facilities, Commercial Food & Beverage, and Cyber Security; while boasting top awards as one of New Orleans’ 2020 Top 10 Women in STEM and through award-winning projects. As a servant leader, Candice remains deeply committed to the community through her work with Habitat for Humanity, the New Orleans Mission, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, and multiple organizations supporting our youth in STEM.
