I was a Union Carpenter/Steward for 26 years in the Tradeshow Industry. I worked almost exclusively at McCormick Place in Chicago. I did however travel when I first got started in the business to many convention centers across the country. I started modeling at 19 years old, and I continue to model to this day. Since I was forced into retirement due to the pandemic, I knew I wasn't just going to sit around and do nothing but wasn't sure what to do. I looked at my husband and said now what am I going to do, and he said start your clothing business. That's how GottStreet Blues was born, (working clothes for working women).
