I started managing and fixing up my mother's rental property in 2008 and along the way, I've learned how to do things by trial and error.   Over time, I've learned how to paint walls, finish wood surfaces, install tile, vinyl floors, drainage systems, and  landscaping.  Today, my motto is:  "If I can lift it, I can do it."   I like to approach remodeling, home construction, and landscaping as art projects with endless possibilities.
